MONDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 1874 N WEST
cloudy & quite a warm
pleasant morning it was
all clear by nine o’clock
we have been drawing wood
to day it is a very nice pleasant
day it thawes a
good deal it is cloudy
& it looks like a storm
this Evening Nelson came
here to Night to stay

TUESDAY 10 N West
cloudy & cool in the
morning the wind blowes
quite hard it snowed some
in the Night I have been
drawing wood from over
on the Mountain to
day for the first time
this winter the wind has
blowed very hard all day

WEDNESDAY 11 N WEST
clear & very cold & wind
unpleasant Morning
have been drawing wood
from over on the Moun
tain Elwin Howd been
here after a yoke Elisha
Alfred & William here
this Evening Mrs Feely
been here after some
eggs
