WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 28, 1874
cloudy & warm it is a
rainy fogy wett morning
it has rained most all
day Uncle Chester came
down here this morning
to swap chickens it is
quite cold and blustering
this evening the wind
turned N West to night

THURSDAY 29 N West
clear & very cold again
this morning Father been
up to Mr Tiffany to day
Mr Tucker called him
wanted to find Uncle
Chester it is not quite
as cold this Evening
William sold his cattle
to Mr Roberts of New
Hartford

N FRIDAY 30 West
clear & dreadful cold
wind Morning have
been down to Pine Me
adow after some tea
sugar & other things
Calvin been washing to
day it has been a very
cold day it has been
about as cold a day as
we have had this winter
