clear & quite a cool
morning Father gone down
to the Valley to carry the
pigs to Mr Eno Mr Guernsey
been here after two pigs
this morning we have been
drawing off stones this afternoon
I have been down in the
Hollow today Mr Dowd
of Winsted buried today

FRIDAY 8 N West
cloudy & quite cool in
the morning it snowed &
rained in the fore noon
we have been pulling up
corn stalks part of the day
I have been down in the
Hollow after the butter
tub Elisha gone to
Winsted after a plow
for Mrs Tuttle

SATURDAY 9 S West
cloudy & not very cold
it rained some this morn
ning William been here after
two pigs Father been up
to AB Tiffany after a
plow Uncle Chester
called here this afternoon
it is a very warm night
